Our general manager at Michigan Construction Services oversees all operational aspects of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and compliance, to ensure successful and profitable project delivery.
Estimator
The estimator is responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to determine the cost, resources, and time required for construction, helping to prepare accurate bids and budgets.
Estimator/CAD Design
Our designer combines cost estimation with technical design, using CAD software to create detailed drawings while analyzing project requirements to develop accurate budgets and material takeoffs.
Project Manager
The project manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
